Terms of Service

GENERAL
I am allowed to
· Decline your requests when I see any ill intention such as using my arts for bad things.
· Post the artwork on my social media and personal portfolio. (Unless NDA applies)REVISIONS
In general I provide unlimited revision, however please follow this rule:
· My works has 3 steps: sketch, lineart, and color
· Unless asked, I will show you updates twice, after the sketch and after the coloring/finished work
· Please ask for big adjustments on the sketch phase of revisions (hairstyle change, expression change, pose change, etc)
· Please only ask for small adjustments on the final phase of revisions (color, shading, adding small accessories, etc)PAYMENTS
Payments will be made either:
· 50% before sketch, then 50% after the finished art, or
· 100% upfrontPAYMENT METHODS
· Ko-fi (Paypal)
· VGen Payments (Paypal/Credit Card)REFUNDS
· Only if by some mistakes on my part such as:
a). failed to meet the deadline we agreed on, or
b). ghosting or missing without clear reason for at least a month, I will refund you.
· Please ask refund through Ko-fi or VGen if I don't reply to your messages for more than a month.Chargeback will be considered as scam and will be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.
Scammer's name, photo(if available), and any available private informations will be published uncensored in my social media accounts.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Illustration works: 5-7 days*
Live2D works: 2-3 weeks*
*Estimation assuming there are no queue. Work time will depend on the work queue

What counts as Personal Use in my commissions:
· Using my arts for Youtube contents/thumbnail and/or any public streaming contents (Monetized OK)
· Using my arts for Profile Picture
· Using my arts for Social media contentsWhat counts as Commercial Use in my commissions:
· Using my arts on Youtube membership / Patreon / Onlyfans (VTuber Model and emotes excluded)
· Using my arts on any contents that is paid contents (VTuber Model and emotes excluded)
· Reselling my arts as merchandises
· Any act that attempt to directly profit using my artworksINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
· Commissioned art belong to both clients and artists, thus both party are allowed to use the art for their convenience outside of commercial activity
· I don't count Stream/Content Creation as commercial activity. Clients may use the commissioned art for those purpose even with monetization on (content behind paywall excluded.)
· Any content behind paywall (Youtube membership, Patreon, etc) count as commercial activity.COMMUNICATION

Workflow

1. Send me message through one option from the contact page.
2. Tell me what kind of commission you want me to draw in details. It helps me so much if you can also provide reference!
3. I will tell you if I can work on your commission or not.
4. If everything's okay, I will draw the sketch for your commission and tell you how many days I need to finish the job. (feel free to tell me if you have a deadline! We can discuss about it!)
5. After I send the sketch, please tell me if there's any part that you don't like (pose / hairstyle / physical appearance / anything), I will fix it.
6. Once you're OK with it, please send the payment through Paypal.
7. I will proceed to draw the commission based on the sketch I sent earlier and send it again after I'm finished.
8. Tell me if there's any part that you don't like (hair color / eye color / skin color / lighting / etc. PLEASE DON'T ASK ME TO CHANGE POSE / HAIRSTYLE / PHYSICAL APPEARANCE ON THIS STEP. TELL ME ABOUT IT ON STEP 5)
9. I will adjust the illustration and send it again.
10. If you're OK with the result then I will send you the higher resolution (.PNG) and photoshop file (.PSD, layers combined) if you need it.Thank you for your commission! I'll be waiting for the next job!
